Privacy Policy

Outcast AI Platform is a private, single-user automation assistant. It is operated by and for one person: the account owner. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What data is accessed

With the owner's explicit Google authorisation, the application reads and writes data in the owner's own Google account only:

• Google Sheets — to record the owner's meals, workouts and body measurements.
• Google Drive — to read and store files the owner creates for this purpose.
• Google Calendar — to schedule the owner's training sessions and appointments.
• Gmail — to read and send messages on the owner's behalf when the owner asks.

How it is used

Data is used solely to perform tasks the owner requests, such as logging a meal or summarising the week. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or training any model.

Where it is stored

Processing happens on a private server controlled by the owner. Google credentials are stored in a restricted file on that server and are never shared. No data is sold, transferred, or disclosed to any third party.

Retention and deletion

The owner may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all access. Stored data can be deleted by the owner at will.
